I’m so happy to welcome both new and returning clients to Queen City Ink in Denver.

My books are open for August through October 2025, and I’m currently accepting both flash and custom requests. Flash designs are always prioritized, but I do my best to accommodate custom ideas that align with my style, values, and availability.

Important Booking Info

  • Queen City Ink is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio with no walk-in availability.

    Please only submit a booking form if:
    𐬺 You are 18+ years old at the time of your appointment
    𐬺 You’ve read through all the booking info carefully
    𐬺 You’re ready and committed to receiving a tattoo by Meg
    𐬺 You’re financially prepared to get tattooed
    𐬺 You’re able to submit a non-refundable deposit
    𐬺 You have a clear idea of what you’d like — or you’re open to full creative freedom
    𐬺 You’re available within the current booking window (see availability below)
    𐬺 You’re familiar with Meg’s style and it resonates with you

    Booking with a friend?
    Each person must fill out their own individual form and include the other person’s name. It’s up to you both to coordinate scheduling — appointments will be booked back-to-back if available.

  • If you’re looking for something unique and personal, custom tattoos are a great fit. Please take your time filling out the form and include as much detail as possible.

    𐬺 Required form fields must be completed in full — incomplete submissions will not be reviewed
    𐬺 A thoughtfully curated moodboard dramatically increases your chances of being selected
    𐬺 Black + grey tattoos only at this time (no color work offered)
    𐬺 See example tattoos at the bottom of this page for inspiration and project references

    If you’re unsure of exactly what you want but are excited by the idea of creative collaboration, I welcome your trust and freedom. That said, if full creative freedom makes you nervous or unsure, it’s okay to wait until your idea feels more clear or aligned.

    After submitting, you’ll hear back via email within 2 weeks. If your project is accepted, you’ll have 3 days to book your appointment before your spot is offered to the next person.

    All custom bookings include a free virtual consultation to review your ideas, sizing, and placement before your appointment.

  • Flash designs are original, pre-drawn designs that are always prioritized in each round of booking.

    After submitting, you’ll receive a response via email within 2 weeks. If accepted, you’ll have 3 days to confirm your appointment before your spot is offered to the next client.

  • Queen City Ink is a private studio located in the Baker neighborhood of Denver, near South Broadway and Alameda. The exact address will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.

    I’m currently booking for:
    𐬺 Fall 2025 (August to October)

    Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Availability is first come, first serve based on booking form submissions. Please include all dates that work for you on your form and I’ll do my best to find something that aligns with my schedule.

    𐬺 Custom tattoos are priced at $200 per hour with a one-hour minimum
    𐬺 Flash tattoos are priced at $180 per hour with a one-hour minimum
    𐬺 A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This goes toward the final cost of your tattoo and will be requested via Venmo after your project is accepted
    𐬺 Please include your budget in your submission. I only take on projects where I feel confident I can meet your vision within your stated budget
    𐬺 Pricing does not include tipping. Please factor gratuity into your overall budget, but do not include it on your booking form

Need help describing your tattoo idea?

‘Fine line’ s a broad term that refers to tattoos made with smaller needle groupings to create delicate, detailed work. Within fine line tattooing, there are many distinct styles and approaches that each produce a different look and feel.

Below, you’ll find helpful keywords and descriptions to guide you as you fill out your booking form. Feel free to use this language as inspiration to better communicate the style and vibe you're envisioning.

  • Microrealism (all stipple shading, no line work) slightly illustrative (not hyper realistic) fawn in black and "grey" ink (gray-wash)

  • Fine line illustrative Korean tiger with varying line weight consistency and bold shading

  • Detailed fine line ornamental vase with poppy flowers organically coming out of the vase with areas of black fill and no shading (high contrast)

  • Single needle fine line realistic cheetah with no shading

  • Fine line dogwood flower tree branch with single needle line contour shading

  • Fine line realistic garlic bulb with light minimal whip shading to create minimal definition/shadow
